Cycling is a fantastic way to get around the city; to commute, to go to the shops and to improve your health. Take a look at our Get Started section if you're new to regular cycling. If you have a question, take a look at our FAQ or Contact Us.

Keeping up to date on CycleSmart is very easy. You can elect to receive an automated daily email and send your data for each day you ride via reply email. Or, if you prefer, enter your kilometres on the website. When you enter an odometer reading (cumulative distance) on the website, the system can estimate how much you're riding per day based on the distance and number of days you have ridden since the last data entry.

New addition to CycleSmart Website the ability to track updates on the custom statistics feature of the website- under your progress section, monitor the changes in your heart rate.

Another new feature, the ability to set goals. You can set a goal of how many km per day you want to achieve. You'll receive an update every Friday lunchtime telling you how you're going, and the goals will appear on your statistical analysis page. Use this feature to provide motivation and feedback and to help reinforce your commitment. Visit the goal setting section of CycleSmart in the Your Progress section and set a goal today!

On CycleSmart, you can also keep track of your walking, if you have a pedometer.
