Moreland City Council - Canning Street Extension (East Brunswick) (LAAP)

A new shared walking and cycling north-south route, linking North Carlton to Coburg, was launched earlier this month.

The route will transform the sustainable transport options for Brunswick and Coburg residents. The project also included a range of crossing and street treatments, such as median islands and road markings.

A partnership between Moreland City Council and the Victorian Government, this project received funding under the Department of Transport's TravelSmart and Local Area Access Program.
