New Bike Arrival Station for Monash University
Monash University Clayton has a new Bike Arrival Station (BAS) fitted with 100 bike spaces, shower and locker facilities, and a DIY repair station.
Launched on 12 October 2010, the new facility was funded under the TravelSmart and Local Area Access Program, and developed in partnership between the Victorian Government and Monash University.
Monash University also have campus-based Travelsmart maps for staff and students which like the BAS, forms part of Monash University's broader Sustainable Transport Plan. Their plan seeks to increase the number of staff and students choosing sustainable transport options to get to and from campus.
