Take the opportunity to cycle Eastlink

To celebrate the opening of Victoria's largest road project, a community open day will be held on Sunday 15 June 2008 between 10am and 4pm.

The open day will give people a once-in-a-lifetime chance to walk, run or cycle on the EastLink motorway before it opens to cars on Sunday 29 June 2008.

Three cycling events will be held on Sunday 15 June 2008 to celebrate the opening of EastLink and to raise money for The Cancer Council.

Pre-registration is required for all three events by Friday 13 June 2008 through Bicycle Victoria.

If you register before Friday 6 June 2008, you will receive a rider pack in the mail before the event and have the opportunity to win some fantastic prizes.

Riders can choose from the following options -

• EastLink Family Ride (10km)
• EastLink Fun Ride (30km)
• EastLink Cycling Challenge (65km)*

All events will start at the Tom Wills interchange (EastLink-Monash interchange).
